• Information provided when purchasing a Personalized Video, which may include a child’s first name, age or birthday, pronunciation information, and a personalized message. This information is provided by the parent, legal guardian, or other adult purchaser and used to create and deliver the Personalized Video. Any personal information relating to a child is collected, used, and disclosed only as described in the “Children Under the Age of 13” section below.

Payment Information: All payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and all payment information that you provide is provided directly to such third parties. However, we may receive information, such as payment confirmation or receipts, from other third parties processing your payment.

4) INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

Types of Information: As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information related to your usage, diagnostic and performance reports, including:

• Usage: Details of your visits to our Services, including traffic data, usage details, location data, online status, log files and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Services.
• Devices & Connection: Information about your computer, device and Internet connection, including your IP address, hardware model, operating system and browser type, and mobile network information.

14) CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

Our Services, including the Personalized Video offering, are intended to be purchased and used by parents, legal guardians, and other adults. We do not knowingly permit children under the age of 13 to create an account, make a purchase, or otherwise provide personal information to us directly. In connection with a Personalized Video, however, we may collect limited personal information about a child (such as the child’s first name, age or birthday, pronunciation information, and a personalized message) that is submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or other adult purchaser for the sole purpose of creating and delivering the requested Personalized Video.

Verifiable Parental Consent: In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we collect a child’s personal information only after obtaining verifiable consent from the child’s parent or legal guardian. By submitting a child’s information when purchasing a Personalized Video, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child, or are otherwise authorized to provide such information and to consent to its collection and use as described in this Privacy Policy.

Use and Data Minimization: We collect only the information reasonably necessary to create and deliver the Personalized Video. We do not condition a child’s participation on the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary, and we do not use a child’s personal information for behavioral advertising or profiling.

No Third-Party Marketing: We do not sell children’s personal information or disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share a child’s personal information only with service providers who assist us in creating and delivering the Personalized Video and who are contractually obligated to keep it confidential and use it only for that purpose.

Retention and Deletion: We retain a child’s personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, after which we will delete it.

Parental Rights: At any time, a parent or legal guardian may review the personal information we have collected about their child, request that we delete it, and refuse to permit further collection or use of the child’s information by contacting us at hola@missvale.com. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
